Terms of service

1. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work as an entertainer where you work. One account per person.

2. What it is for

Hotline is a work tool for dancers: keep in touch with customers about seeing them at the club, track what you make and spend, share what you know about clubs, and read advice. It is not a marketplace, not a booking service, and not a place for adult content.

3. What you may not do

• Use Hotline to offer, arrange, advertise or ask for sexual services or anything else illegal where you or he are. Texts like that don't go out, and accounts that send them are closed.
• Text anyone who has asked you to stop, or text people who never gave you their number.
• Send threats, harassment, explicit content, or spam.
• Flag a number over something that didn't happen to you, or post a club report you know is false. What you report is on you.
• Copy, resell or republish the club directory or the flags.
• Impersonate anyone or use another dancer's account.

4. Text messaging

Your Hotline number comes from a phone company partner and stays ours; we can give it to someone else if your subscription lapses for more than 60 days or you break these terms. You send your texts and you're responsible for them. Message and data rates may apply to the people you text. If a customer texts STOP, START, HELP or REPORT, Hotline handles it. 5. User content: flags and club reports

Flags and club reports come from dancers and are their experiences, not the Hotline views. We don't check them. There is a way to report something and to dispute a flag (see Safety); we act within two business days and take down anything that breaks these terms. You let us show what you post to other dancers. You can delete your own posts any time.

6. Payment

Pro is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe on the web or through the Apple App Store or Google Play in the apps, at the price shown when you subscribe, renewing until cancelled. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the store's policy, or for web purchases, email us within 14 days.

7. Your data

Your book belongs to you. You can download it and delete it. We keep backup copies for 14 days. If we ever shut Hotline down we'll give at least 60 days' notice and a way to take your book with you.

8. No guarantees

Hotline is provided as is. We don't promise that a flag means a man is dangerous or that no flag means he's safe, that club listings are right, that advice will make you money, or that a text will get through. As far as the law allows, what we owe you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end accounts that break these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Questions: hello@hotlinedancer.com.
